Jason castro

 Hailing from Rockwall, TX, a suburb of Dallas, Jason was a contestant on season 7 of American Idol. Up until the start of the show, he was attending Texas A&M University in College Station TX. Go Aggies! Whoop! A young man who takes his faith very seriously. It is his easy going approach to life that appeals to most of his fans, his simple, stripped-down approach to music, with an emphasis on finding and showing what he feels is the essence of a song. It also doesn't hurt that he is easy on the eyes, and seems humble and genuine despite it. He holds on strongly to his values, and would rather be true to himself and take what comes, than compromise them. He is a first generation American, and is proud of his Colombian heritage. Jason is a young man with a bright future ahead of him.
